St. Aldhelm’s Church Halls comprise of three rooms that are used throughout the week for community and church use. For details of activities during the week go to the activities page.

There is also a Carer and Toddler Group.

The whole complex is strictly ‘No Smoking’.

Alcohol is permitted for personal use but cannot be offered for sale.

The halls are wheelchair friendly.

Oblong tables and chairs are supplied.

The halls are available for hire and are popular and often booked six months in advance.

Large kitchen available to prepare party food, and serves either hall.

Large hall available for up to max. 200 people.

Small hall available for up to 80 people.

Clubroom max. 20 people.

Rates for hire vary depending on which day and which facilities you wish to use.

The halls are generally available:

Saturday

1300 - 2300 hours. (Earlier if requested.)

Sunday

1700 - 2300 hours

large hall

1700 - 2300 hours

small hall

We try to run the Church Halls with energy efficiency, and in the large halls you can see the education display boards about saving energy, and the electronic displays about our 108 Solar Panels.

It is not possible to access the halls earlier on Sunday.

No extensions past 2300 hours are allowed.
